Review: Merry Sun Shining Colored Cellowax in Pink

Have you ever heard the saying if you can't change your surroundings, change your hair color? I am feeling a bit gloomy so to change my state of mind right now I've decided to recolor my hair. I don't want to spend a fortune on changing it though, and I don't want to use harsh chemicals. I have searched for something easy to use and also temporary because I can't decide on a  fixed color. I've found Merry Sun Shining Colored Cellowax and saw positive feedback on it so I bought various colors!

What is it? 
Merry Sun Shining Colored Cellowax is a hair coloring product that gives your hair fantastic shine and adds a layer of color. It's an easy-to-use hair coloring product that can be used right in the comfort of your home. Just follow the instruction and you can treat your hair without fuss. It would only take a few minutes to change the color of your hair. 

I got Merry Sun Shining Colored  Cellowax in black, pink, blue, violet, light blonde, natural, fiery orange, black, blue, and believe it or not, they even have rose gold!

Packaging
It's in sachets, quite a pain to keep if you are only using half of it. 

Experience
I have used it on dry hair. At first, I mixed the pink Cellowax and conditioner together before applying them to my hair. I've only used 2 sachets to get the correct shade on my hair. I've noticed it didn't have any bleeding on water or towels afterward which is a huge plus. I usually stain even the tiles when I was using the Chroma Cellowax which is another temporary DIY hair color brand.

To be honest, I like the faded color better because it looks like rose gold. But the bubble gum pink shade is also lovely. 

(this is what the product looks like except the round sticker says pink. I've already thrown the sachet I've used as of writing this entry)

How much and where to buy it?
I got this for only 45 per 60ml sachet.

• Full color won't be shot on black hair. 

TIPS 

You can dilute the color with a conditioner if you want to achieve a pastel shade.

Games I play this Quarantine Period

With the existence of COVID 19's Delta variant, strict restrictions were implemented once again. I thought of doing something fun for a change so while on a month of quarantine I've decided to play some games. During this time I also signed up with Steam and tried getting used to using Discord. We use Discord to talk while playing, I'm amazed how there is no lag or stutter. Anyway, I'm sharing it here so in case you like any of the games, we can go and play together!

Stardew Valley

You've inherited your grandfather's old farm plot in Stardew Valley. Armed with hand-me-down tools and a few coins, you set out to begin your new life!

The game is pixelated and brings back old game visuals. I remember the Pokemon game on Nintendo. There is much more to the game than farming. It has this calming, laid-back feeling which calms me while I play. You can also make a coop farm with a friend so you can nurture your farm together. Our farm's name is My Applepeach which is our favorite fruit. I've chosen to play this on Steam (or via computer) because the Android version won't allow multi-players.

A MOBA game which is This game is kinda stressful sometimes if your co-players keep on trash talking. I am slowly learning the other hero roles here. I am mostly playing as a mage, support, or tank. Right now I am slowly learning how to play as a fighter. I think everyone in the Philippines has installed this game at one point.

Cooking Battle!

Cooking Battle is a fast-paced multiplayer cooking game! Play with friends! Choose different stylish chefs to compete in the kitchen.

This is a really fun casual game. I thought it will be a highly upgraded Diner Dash, but no. I like the whole gameplay. It is so enjoyable. You will be heated up by how fast the time ticks and you are still not done chopping and cooking. The excitement comes from the need to play with someone and you are both allowed to choose your own chefs with different cooking abilities!

Review: Ling Zhi Chuang Yao Wan

I often encounter weight loss programs online and I see a lot of people complaining about their extra fat too. Gyms and a lot of activity areas are always available for those who want to shed weight however I have a different problem. Ever since I've started working night shifts I've lost my love for food. I still eat but only because it's needed! I've suffered from loss of appetite for about 3 years. Looking at products available online I see weight gain chocolate drinks and appetite boosting syrups which are mostly catered to kids. One product that stood out to me though is this medicine aka vitamins called Ling Zhi Chuang Yao Wan. 

What is it?
Ling Zhi's origin is China which is obvious because of the name. It states on the box that it is used for:

• General weakness
• Untimely senility
• Neurasthenia
• Waist ache and backache
• Over fatigue
• Poor memory
• Insomnia
• Involuntary perspiration
• Poor appetite etc

Okay so seriously, that is a lot of benefits. However, Ling Zhi has become really popular for being an effective weight gain pill.

Maybe you are thinking why do I need to take capsules if I can just eat more? To be honest, my condition is serious. I can get through the day with just one meal and one glass of water. I really don't know how to get through the days. Pandemic has hit me hard and also the fact that I came from a breakup this December. I was so thin. My dad says I looked like a walking skull already although I think it's just an exaggeration.

Packaging
The box has this scannable QR code you can use to check the product authenticity. I luckily got legit products but just a heads up, there are a lot of counterfeit Ling Zhi Chuang Yao Wan in the market right now. Make sure to only buy from the trusted shops.

Ling Zhi's capsule size is pretty normal. I didn't have a hard time taking it. it is color maroon red and the 50 capsules bottle has a white capsule at the end.

Experience

At first take, I have experienced LBM. I am not really sure if I should attribute it to the capsules but it is what happened. The next intakes were normal though. What I did I took one capsule in the morning and another one at night.  I noticed how it affected my sleeping pattern. I was always sleepy. Even when I already slept more than 8 hours (which I don't normally do) I still felt sleepy.

I also ate more than I normally do after a week of taking the capsules. It's not like I feel always hungry. It's more like I already appreciated the food. I became less choosy with the kind of food I eat as well.

How much and where to buy?

P350 for 50 capsules. But they did a price hike ever since the pandemic started.

What I love

• I added some weight after consuming one bottle
• My face became rounder!
• My appetite came back

What I don't

• Too much drowsiness that doesn't easily wear off
• I don't know what is inside the capsules 
• Authentic Ling Zhi is hard to find (!)
• Initial diarrhea effect 

Will I repurchase? 
I did but the effect wasn't the same anymore.

Overall~ 
What is in this supplement? I really wanna know. I like that I was able to bring back my love for food. I also grew cheeks! That was a big achievement. I will try and do a video on this as well as update this post with pictures. I did lose my fats a bit after a few months of not taking Ling Zhi but my appetite was still there. I am able to eat normally which is a good thing. I tried repurchasing another bottle but the effect is not as good as when I took it the first time. I don't think I will repurchase any time again soon though.

My Name is Chien Welcomes 2021!

This will be my first post for the year and instead of my usual review I've decided to do a welcome year post instead. How is everyone doing? 

The year 2020 is one hell of a ride for everyone. I know that it hasn't been easy and a lot has happened not just with the pandemic but also with the natural disaster that occurred in the Philippines. I want to stay positive that 2021 will be a better year for us. For today, I just want to share a bit of a rundown of what is happening in my life recently.

Crypto trading
Tried this a few days before New Year! There is a lot of things to learn and stuff. We lost a few dollars as well haha, which is pretty usual for newbies. If you are into this, I am willing to be coached! 😂

Total of 15 cats and counting...
Our cats kept on multiplying. We recently had 4 new kittens in the house. Then we also lost our favorite cat Luna on New year's day. Glad my brother found him the next day even when we thought we won't. God is good. 

Reading books!
Yes, I have forgotten about this for a while. I went back to reading. Life should be a continuous learning process. I'm trying to incorporate this into my daily routine although sometimes I get lazy.

Cleared my skin! (somehow)
Finally found my holy grail set of products. I will share this in a video review definitely. This has been the best state of my skin so far in my 28 years of life. Maybe because of better eating habits and because I don't go out much so I don't get too much pollution, but hey I am happy!

Got my Youtube channel monetized

It was a result of a year of hard work! I plan on doing a giveaway. I just haven't gotten around it yet but I will! 

Importance of Goals

This gets me motivated. I aim to have a more productive year on and offline. I want to be a real busy bee this year and I hope to stop procrastinating! I need to get more blog posts and video reviews up, I have a ton pending!

Self-love!
The hardships really made me more matured during this trying time. I've realized I've been too absorbed in making other people happy and important that I forget that I also matter. I was so lost when I was left alone at the start of the year. I have dedicated my life to someone who doesn't really value me. I strived to become someone better, I met a lot of people online too who've changed my views on life and gave me a few lessons on how I should handle situations. I've also learned the value of friends and family in my life. I also found my lost confidence and somehow managed to become a new person! Indeed, this is a new year for a new me!
