Review: Flormar Supermatte Lipstick in Red Terracotta

Hey yo Wednesday! This weekend I received my Beautymnl package the next day after I placed my order, thanks to their super fast shipping. Please look forward to my review about Maybelline Pore foundation. However for today I want to review a lip product I've used recently, Flormar Supermatte Lipstick in Red Terracotta.

What is it?
Flormar Supermatte Lipstick in Red Terracotta

Supermatte Lipstick will create a velvety look on your lips. Providing intense color thanks to its special formula, Flormar lipstick creates a matte look on your lips. Suitable for all make- up styles, Supermatte Lipstick also protects the sensitive texture of your lips. Choose one of the 12 available colors and have the lips you have been dreaming of.
Net wt: 4.2g

Brand Story:
Flormar has become an irrevocable brand in women of Turkey’s nail polish choice. Taking its success a step forward after a short time beginning to operate in Turkey, Flormar started to offer its product range from blush to foundation, eye shadow to mascara, lip stick to nail polish with high quality and budget prices to its consumers.

Packaging
The lipstick's case is a matte black tube. The name printed is already gone after being lugged around, now its only a plain black tube.

Experience
Flormar Supermatte Lipstick is unscented. The lipstick is smooth to apply, it doesn't dry out the lips although the formula says its matte but it also doesn't moisturize the lips so I use lip balm first. The shade is brownish red, sort of brick red.

The color is opaque and its buildable. One swipe quickly brightens up my face. Its a gorgeous color I recommend for all sorts of occasions. It has a matte velvety finish which looks very nice. This is the type of color that you may use if you're meeting the parents of your boyfriend for the first time. Red Terracotta shade is the type of red that makes you feminine, you'd be walking confidently with a heart with this color.

How much and where to buy?
P399 at Flormar kiosks in SM stores nationwide

What I love
  • The brick red shade, its a rare color for me!
  • Velvety and intense colors on lips
  • Smooth application
  • Buildable color
  • its unscented
What I don't
  • Nothing I can mention

Will I repurchase?
Its in the realm of possibilities.

Overall~
Flormar Supermatte Lipstick in Red Terracotta is the bomb. The shade is a winner and the velvety matte finish is super pretty. A type of red that is feminine yet with a strong vibe.

To end this post here are my selcas with the lipstick on. Excuse the dark spot on my nose, it was a king pimple some time last week. Huhu.

I am currently reading Gakuen Alice manga and I am loving it. The anime version was not continued leaving fans like me hanging with the ending! Anyway I've received a new package from Silky Girl and I thought of making a video blog soon, will it be okay? I am quite shy on cam. Fuuu~

Review: Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipstick in Newest Shades: Nude, Ruby and Wine

Konnichiwa Beauties!
I just came back from a short but very memorable trip from Aichi Japan. It has been really a cold tour for us in Japan, and guess what I have brought with me? Its Celeteque's Dermocosmetics newest matte lipstick shades in nude, ruby and wine.

Rustic. I've already used them before the series of shots, sorry.

What is it?
Céleteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipsticks give your lips the alluring touch of a long-wearing formula that lends lips a vivid matte color finish.

Packaging
Its matte lipstick in crayon look twist type packaging. Its very light weight and easy to lug around. So far the name printed on the tube is still intact. The product is new so we still have a long way to go before we know if it stays for good or not. The shade name is on the cap but I hope it has some sort of sticker on the body of the tube itself so it will be easier to look for the right shade when I am a hurry. Not a big issue though~

Ingredients: Diisostearyl Malate, Polybutene, Octyldodecanol, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, VP/Hexadecene Copolymer, Trimethylolpropane Triisostearate, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Polyethylene, Squalane, Euphorbia Cerifera(Candelilla) Wax, Ozokerite, Synthetic Wax, Triisostearyl Citrate, Glass, Microcrystalline Wax, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Tocopheryl Acetate, Silica, Dimethyl Silylate, BHT, Propylene Carbonate, Water, Bisabolol, Tin Oxide, CI 77891, CI 15850, CI 45410:1, CI 19140, CI 42090

Celeteque’s lippies have Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) that moisturizes lips, Bisabolol that reduces flaking and restores suppleness, as well as Candelilla Wax that nourishes lip skin.

Experience
The Dermocosmetics line of Celeteque just released their newest shades just in time for the festive season. Celeteque Matte Lipstick is now available in: Nude, Ruby and Wine. Upon opening the tube I realized it has no scent, which is a good point. Like I mentioned I brought these babies with me in my recent trip to Japan. I was a bit shocked on how cold it was there. The very cold temperature made my lips dry. Our schedule was also very tight and I need to have long lasting color on my lips because we will be moving around often.

Because of the cold season I needed an extra balm underneath. If swiped it glides very easily and leaves no icky feeling. However I prefer to tap the color unto my lips. I don't swipe it on because I want it to look natural. Because its matte I was actually expecting that my lips will flake, however that is not the case with Celeteque. The end result is more like velvety and my lips looks healthy. The color is honestly very vivid and there is no need to pile on too much product because its very opaque.

We started early, around 8:00am and end at 6:00pm. The only time I needed it to reapply is after a heavy meal. If its only snacks etc, the ruby and wine stays on my lips. Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipsticks also doubles as a blush for me because I also tap it on my cheeks for extra color. Its matte so its very nice for the cheeks and it does last long just like when its used for the cheeks.

I am not good at describing colors, but I will try my best. Here we go:

Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipstick in Nude
A brown orangey tone perfect for pink or peach blushes when you don't want to look made up but you also don't want to look bare.

Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipstick in Ruby
A true red color but may go on light, depends on how it is applied. Its blue undertone and doesn't make teeth any yellow than it actually is. You can go from day to night look with this one.

Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipstick in Wine
A bold reddish violet shade that will suit any skin tone. Easily define a glamorous and strong look with this color.

How much and where to buy?
I got this free but its P595 per lipstick, exclusively available in leading Watsons outlets nationwide.

What I love
  • Long lasting
  • No waxy icky feeling on lips
  • Only contains safe ingredients
  • No allergic reaction
  • Opaque color
  • Doesn't dry lips
  • Affordable for its quality
  • Light and travel friendly
  • Double purpose when used as blush
  • No scent or funky smell
What I don't
  • Nothing I can mention
TIPS
* Use your fingers to apply it on your lips. Just tap it on lightly to achieve a natural supple lips finish. Perfect for gradient effect as well!
* If going for an alluring look, you may swipe it on and apply on powder then another layer of color to intensify and make it longer lasting.

Will I repurchase?
Yes this is worth it! I bet this will last real long on me.

Overall~
With the busy season fast approaching, Celeteque Dermocosmetics Matte Lipstick is the way to go. Its long lasting and offers value for the price. No need for too much retouch during the daytime. No allergic reactions as well because they only used the safest ingredients. Kudos to this lipstick, I recommend this to everyone.

** JUST ME **
Movies on flight are amazing! Singapore Airlines offers a wide array of movies newly released. I highly recommend Love, Lies. It features Han Hyo Joo (the leading lady of Lee Jong Suk in W). Set on an old era of Korea it tackles the theme of love, friendship and betrayal. This movie made me cry buckets!

Review: Fashion21 Peach Perfect Lipstick in Apricot

Do you know that Red Velvet finally have their official fandom color? -Its pastel coral! <3

Today I'd be talking about something coralish, something that resembles my old Sophie Martin
Mango peach lipstick. Say hello to Fashion 21 Peach Perfect Lipstick in Apricot!
I got this lipstick for a while now, but I find it really nice that is why I decided to share it with you.

What is it?
A wearable coral orange color for everyday use.

Fashion21 Peach Perfect Lipstick in Apricot
Peachy colors are great for a little pop of cute, youthful color and go perfectly with fair and warm skin tones. Choose from any of the six shades and be ready to greet the day with a bright smile.
Credits: Fashion21

Packaging
Orange plastic tube with nice orangey shade same with the actual product. Mehehe~ Shade name is written at the bottom.

Experience
This shade has been complimented a few times already. The color is quite eye catching. It does stand out among the crowd. On application I don't swipe it on my lips, I just dab dab dab the lipstick until I get my desired color. It lasts at least 2-3 hours with no eating or drinking. I has no scent and no taste which is great if you are like me who don't like scent or taste with lip products.

Its creamy matte but sissie finds it dry for air conditioned environment. I often pair this lip color with peach or orange blusher and I look warm. I try to alternate peach and pink blusher sometimes. I think this color will be perfect no matter if you are fair or tanned.

How much and where to buy?
P175 at Fashion21 kiosks in any department stores nationwide

What I love

  • Color
  • Price (its affordable)
  • Creamy matte
  • One tube last long

What I don't

  • Formula might be dry for some
  • Ingredient list is nowhere to be found
  • Longetivity(max 2hrs no eating no drinking)

TIPS
Wear lip balm underneath

Will I repurchase?
I might

Overall~
Bang for the buck lipstick. I want to try a lighter peach shade next time.

My everyday makeup!

Review: Easy Lipstick Quickly Change Lipstick

Lip sticks, glosses, balms...how many of each do you have right now? Being a girl, I know that a lot of us are suckers in giving color to our lips. Why not right? Only a few are given with real pink lips but it lip colors are here to save the rest of the flock like us.

Since high school I was only able to try lipstick once or twice. Even when I took a hold of my own money I really did not bother to buy even simple Careline lippies. Its not that I'm not kikay(girly) but I find it quite troublesome to need to retouch every now and then. Petroleum jelly for the lips and J&J baby powder for the face.

Now that I'm already college the story became different, I became more adventurous and became so addicted to glosses as well. I noticed a slight change in my natural lip color it kinda became dull so I tried to find a solution for it.

I googled lots of stuffs and I landed in an advertisement for Easy Lipstick Quickly Change. The long name clearly gives a hint that its an asian brand but to my surprise the box says that its made from US.

Here is the photo of Quickly change lipstick inside its box:

The lipstick when used is like a magic lipstick which is a common cosmetic for teenies before. Ad says that lips will turn into natural pink after a sec or so but it actually apply the color right when you swipe it to your lips.

Okay so what are the pros and cons?

PROS

  • I like the pink color this lippie gives to my lips.
  • Mom says it is drying but it really is not, her lips is just really dry.
  • Last long even if the content is not much.

CONS

  • Not sure if it is really from USA. I have seen this being sold in a Chinese drug store in Manila.
  • Packaging looks cheap.
  • I have not seen super pinkie lips like promised, but I don't care. Bleh~

Where to buy?
Online. Try searching in sulit or browse chinese drug stores for this certain lipstick treatment.

How much?
Around Php120 if I'm not mistaken. Worth the price, I'm still using it until now, its been 3 months already since I bought the item.

Will I buy again?
Hmm..maybe. But not any time soon. I would like to try other trusted brands for now. This Quickly Change lipstick has been a staple lippie for me for a while though. Safe color for my lips, not bright pink, not dull. Give it a try if you can.

By the way what other brands of lip sticks have you tried girls? Any recommendations of shades that you certainly love? I wanna hear from you!

Love lots, thanks for reading!
