SILKYGIRL Matte Fever Lipcolor Balm is packaged in a matte tube twist type packaging. The twist feature works and the plastic is sturdy. I dropped them a few times and the product inside is still intact. I believe my old lipsticks can't beat that.

Experience
SILKYGIRL Matte Fever Lipcolor Balm shades range from pink to reds. I would also like an orange, peach or nude shades of this please. I am pleased with the texture. It doesn't dry my lips and its very comfortable to wear. Its a matte but not dry formula and it doesn't sting or give me itchiness. Great thing that they do not put harmful chemicals in their formula. :)

The shades are long lasting color and tint stays after eating however I don't mind retouching to achieve full colors on my lips.

The SILKYGIRL Matte Fever Lipcolor Balm is matte but not flat type of color. The consistency and opaque color as well as the affordable price tag is a thumbs up. It doesn't dry out my lips despite the air conditioned office. All in all this is an awesome product, I recommend this to girls who have dry lips like me but would like to try matte lip products.

Review: Swallow 1 Minute Hair Smoothing Cream

The struggles of being a blonde really, is not when you get judgemental stares but when you already have your black roots showing. We do DIY bleaching and my sister does all the job. my hair right now is pale yellow although I have the knack for colors right now because it has only been a week after I bleached and I needed to wait before I can redye my hair. Did you know that I tried Rose Gold? During those rushed hair process one product that helped a lot is my current hair buddy: Swallow 1 Minute Hair Smoothing Cream.

Plastic tub with fluorescent green cover. Its triangle shaped and its a bit bulky but very light. It only contains 150g of product. However I have still brought the whole tub on my last weekend getaway or else I won't be able to comb my hair. Loool~

Experience
Having blonde hair means using dry shampoo instead of the usual shampoo and conditioner. Frequent washing will remove the hair's natural oils making the bleached hair even drier. Swallow 1 Minute Hair Smoothing Cream comes to the rescue. I use this as my conditioner and I love the sweet almond scent. Its not very overwhelming in my own opinion and it lasts the whole day on me.

The cream is somehow your typical spa cream which is not as creamy or thick as Cream Silk. It spreads easily and doesn't caused me dandruff so far. The instant effect is the straight hair and I was able to comb it also. I use Hair cream as leave on so I can also brush it easier. If you already have straight hair I am afraid this might weigh your hair down. But for curly type hair like me, this is a heaven sent product.

Stubborn, unruly, frizzy hair will be smooth and silky with one wash of Swallow 1 Minute Hair Smoothing Cream. It doesn't wash out my hair colors and I can easily comb my fingers through my hair. It made my feel like my hair is healthy and I must say its perfect for girls in a rush for beautiful hair on the mornings.

Sorry if I look grumpy here, I thought of posting how my hair looks when I used Swallow Smoothing Cream. Hair looks shiny and soft even though my hair is literally fried from all the bleaching. I get to take care of my hair better when I dye it compared to when I leave it black.

Review: Pax Moly Doctor Whitening Cream

Annyeong! Are you watching ABS CBN's Goblin? My sister is going nuts now that its showing on local television. She is surely captivated by Lee Dong Wook's pale white complexion and vampiric red lips. I like him too for that reason, meow. Anyway talking about pale white complexion, I want to share one of my favorite beauty item nowadays and its Pax Moly Doctor Whitening Cream.

What is it? 

Doctor Whitening Cream is once again from Pax Moly. They are a korean skincare company who creates all natural skin care products. Mostly moisturizers, soaps and gels which are all natural.

Experience
Upon using Pax Moly Doctor Whitening Cream I smell the faint flower scent. It has a thick consistency that spreads like a dream when applied on the skin. Its a tinted moisturizer which needs to be blended for a few seconds which results to a one shade lighter skin tone.

This is one of my 'pickme ups' nowadays. I apply it after my moisturizer & sunblock. Sometimes I even skip the moisturizer because it can double up as a moisturizer and makeup base. I noticed that it doesn't just instantly brighten up my complexion, it also makes my pores appear smaller. It makes application of my powder foundation easier and more flawless than when I apply it alone.

I cannot attest the long term whitening effect yet but I used it as a night cream and I woke up with brighter skin! Overall an awesome beauty product.

Pax Moly Doctor Whitening Cream is a great makeup base if you often reach for powder foundations. The finish is more flawless rather than foundation alone. Its my favorite beauty item now and I m when I am on the go. I will get one again in case I ran out.

Review: KJM Cosmetics Cheek & Lip Stain in Bloodshot

Happy Tuesday! Its summer but its raining, but when it was rainy it was very humid. How ironic. Last night me & my friend Jovy went on a walkathon. Do you know Strings Manila along Buendia? We also went to Grey A.Venue near Quirino to check online shop items. They sell a lot of stuff in there including KJM Cosmetics Cheek & Lip Stain. Our review for today is about KJM Lip tint in Bloodshot.

What is it? 
KJM is a Davao-based company that sells their own line of lip stains. They have a big following in instagram and they are all the hype being organic and all natural. I believe their have about 10 shades available.

Packaging
Like the typical lip tint its housed in a plastic tube with a roll on applicator. Shelf life is only 6 months.

If my memory serves me right, my very first lip tint is from Strip it. I remember hating it for the funky smell after using it for a few months. Will KJM tint be any different?


The consistency of this tint is liquid. The roll on applicator dispenses just the right amount of product. No spill, no mess formula.



The color is opaque and stays true to its swatches online. The color is even buildable. But I wouldn't dare because the shade - Bloodshot is already eye catching to begin with. It really does remind me of blood.

For P150 a tube, its all worth it. KJM Cosmetics Cheek & Lip Stain is made locally and its all natural. I like the color both on my cheeks and lips and even if it only last 6 months its okay because with everyday use, it may not even last till the 6th month! Lol.

Experience
There are mixed reviews on Bumebime soap. I got tired of reading actually and thought of knowing the real deal behind this trending soap. Bumebime Mask Natural Soap smells like vanilla lotion which is common for thailand soaps. Its nothing overpowering or something to take note of. On using the soap I can say it lathers well. Just like in the ads online I tried to rub it on my skin and to let it sit there for 3 minutes or so. The lather turned into pale white then it disappeared. Upon washing off, tada! 

Nothing happened. Lol. 

My skin felt tight and dry afterwards. There was no micropeeling but my skin was itchy. Yes its  slightly reddish due to rubbing. I tried to use it again this morning but it still made my skin itchy. I did not try it on my face and I do not dare...

How much and where to buy?
Bumebime Mask Natural Soap retails for P250 but the wholesale price runs down to P150. I got it from Shopee for P120. This is not fake based on the seller's reputation.

What I love

Overall~ 
Do me a favor and do not waste your money with Bumebime Mask Natural Soap, if you have sensitive skin that is. I am questioning the ingredients of this soap, why the heck was it very drying? Does it contain bleach or something? I will never know. One fact is that it doesn't stay true to it claims and they still sell this like hotcakes. Sigh~

I just wonder what other wonderful things I can do with 8 hours if I freelance? *meep* Well I like my regular job, but after years of doing it I felt tired and I feel like I need to focus on doing something that relates to my passion. Review: PAX MOLY Honey Radiant Glow Cream

Who loves Jollibee? Most of the Pinoys love him, and he is the biggest bee I know who could be producing Honey products. Lol~ Okay so kidding aside, in terms of skincare I have tried using pure honey before as a face mask for fighting acne. Honey has superior antibacterial and healing properties. It is also said to be really nourishing and hydrating.

However nowadays its quite hard to get my hands on pure honey, good thing there is an alternative with korean skincare products ~ PAX MOLY Honey Radiant Glow Cream.

So if you have been doing the 10 step routine for korean skincare, I'mma tell you to use PAX MOLY Honey Radiant Glow Cream as your moisturizer. For me it can double as serum or something, because right now its the end product of my skincare routine every night. When I first opened the Honey glow, there was a wine scent which I surprisingly like. I suddenly remember iWhite's white gel which was in sachets, that wine gel was discontinued. This scent actually be an issue for girls who likes unscented products for their face. Now I know its called 'cream' but its transparent and more of a gel like. Its easily absorbed by the skin, it only takes seconds. My skin also feels nice and supple after application.

I am in my rest period for my face for 2 weeks already, so my current skincare routine is very simple: Safeguard, Micellar Water & Pax Moly Honey Radiant Glow Cream. PAX MOLY Honey Radiant Glow Cream helped a lot in drying out my pimples. I had a break out recently, must be the allergens from the Local Obagi set I've tried. :( With continuous I noticed that my skin gets better each day.

Review: Orange Peeling Lotion

With all honesty I enjoy trying out different brands of whitening soaps, however there are times that you just need an instant solution. The back of my bottom leg is a bit scaly due to dryness (eew). Whatever scrub I do, I can't seem to get rid of it. That is why I have tried something which has been very popular online lately - Orange Peeling Lotion.

It comes in other sizes but I got it in 100ml sexy bottles. I think sellers of Orange Peeling lotion buy it in bulk and refill it in smaller bottles because I see that there are various kinds of bottles online.

Experience
Orange Peeling Lotion promises a pretty similar effect of yellow peeling oil and green peeling oil but a lot milder. Its my first time to try Orange Peeling lotion. The scent is obviously that of bleaching lotions I cannot describe but its definitely not orange scented. Its only called orange peeling lotion because of the color. When using this orange peeling lotion for the first time please be reminded that there will be at least one week downtime. No showing of your treated skin because it will macro-peel. The peel will be obvious and there is nothing you can do to cover it up.

How to use?

1. Apply for 3 consecutive nights before bedtime, pour the peeling solution unto skin generously & massage thoroughly until it’s totally absorbed by the skin.
2. Make it thicker to achieve large peeling.
3. Repeat 3 times applications with 15 minutes interval.
4. If redness or irritation occurs during peeling period, use hydrocortisone cream to relieve itching.
5. Wait for at least 5-7 days for your old skin to peel off. 
6. DO NOT FORCE THE SKIN TO PEEL OFF, wait until your skin will loosen from the new skin before u peel it off.
7. Avoid too much exposure to sunlight during application, peeling stage and 1 week after peeling
8. Use high SPF lotions during daytime after peeling

On the days I use Orange Peeling lotion I only wear pants. Its instructed to not wash nor use soap when using the lotion. This is correct, getting the skin wet will only slow down the process. Not using soap is easy gals, but not getting my skin wet is not. While waiting for it to peel there is no itchy or tingling sensation. Right after 3 days my skin looked shiny, the biggest sign that it shall peel soon! That night it peeled. Yes slowly but surely flakes of skin were falling, yikes. Yes that is why I told you guys to wear pants for the mean time.

After the peeling my legs is much smoother and soft but the dark marks are still there. It only slightly lightened, peeling helped texture wise but in case of lightening marks I guess it would take around 2-3 times of use.

Using Orange Peeling Lotion takes a lot of patience. The downtime is a bit nuisance to some, especially if you wear skirts everyday. But this is a peeling product that works, it doesn't hurt and that is a big thumbs up, if you got the courage, you may try Orange Peeling Lotion.
