New Year, New Eyes with Executive Optical

Executive Optical Love your Eyes

Executive Optical Prescription Glasses

Executive Optical Glasses

So for the first day of the year I have decided to get a new prescription glasses. There are a lot of options and I've visited all of them - George Optical, Owndays, Vision Express but alas I have ended up on Executive Optical.

The Why:
The staff in Executive Optical is highly welcoming and so does their shop. It's bright and there are frames available to be tried on. I also like how there are available seats around so you can be seated while waiting for your turn.

Tips
When buying glasses it is recommended that you have 8 hours of sleep (and I do!) I'm glad I slept early on New Year.

Experience
The free check-up is really good! The check is very thorough. They don't just check using their special devices, they also do it again using the manual method of trying out different kinds of the actual lenses. The optometrist is highly friendly as well and I got to ask a lot of questions about taking care of the eyes and such.

She said our eye grade can possibly be maintained when you reach 30 or 40. Then there are 2 ways to improve the eyesight. 1 is through lasik which not everyone is a candidate of then 2 is by using an overnight lens which you can wear while sleeping. The special lenses she mentioned is available in vision centers and might definitely be priced high but I want to actually look for it.

My eye grade was 2.75 years ago and I wasn't able to have it checked for 2 years due to pandemic. It quickly jumped to 4.00 but I was allowed back then to just do 3.75. Now when I got checked, my new grade is 5.00! My optometrist said I can get a 4.75 grade contact lenses (a less .25 grade than my actual) because she said the lenses adhered to my eyes and there will be no distance to it unlike with glasses.

What did I get?
I've purchased an EO Eyewear frame (P2,599) with a multicoated/blue light lenses (+P900).

What I love
For the longest time, I didn't know they give out this cool boxes when purchasing EO Eyewear brand frames. I guess I have never bought the EO Eyewear frame in all of my years of getting frames here, lol. But it is cool. They even give out a free book.

Overall~
This is your sign to get your new prescription glasses!

Review: EO Flexwear Adore Soft contact Lenses in Super Black

Annyeong girls its almost November! I might always say this but indeed, time flies so fast.

Just recently I got a pair of new contact lenses from Executive Optical. They've asked me to sign a waiver for not wearing the lenses in the store. Someday I do want to know if I can do the laser eye treatment for bad eye sight. I sure hope that I can achieve clear vision in the future.

Anyway so once again there are a lot of color options for new lenses. But I  kinda missed my dolly eyes back in college so I bought an all black lenses. I have good experience with the Adore variant of EO so I purchased - EO Flexwear Adore Soft contact Lenses in Super Black.

Packaging
My first lenses (from Geo) were enclosed in glass vials. EO on the other hand offers this light and easy to open plastic cases which the foil needs to be peeled off. Those plastic cases came from a box. The package says its made from Korea and I even got free solution with it.

Experience
EO is not joking when they say that this soft contact lenses is super black. Because it really is! I was very shocked when I've first worn them. It made my eyes look bigger and its very anime-ish.  Flexwear Adore Soft contact Lenses in Super Black doesn't easily dry on my eyes. Its very comfortable.

TOP: No flash/ BOTTOM: With flash

How much and where to buy?
P720

What I love
  • Cat eyes! True black
  • Comfortable
  • Affordable
  • Doesn't dry out on my eyes easily unlike my last lenses
  • Lasts for one year
What I don't

  • Nothing I can mention

TIPS
In case you don't know yet, I want to share this with you, you can bu directly from Exceutive Optical's website: https://www.eo-executiveoptical.com/

Will I repurchase?
I've been buying EO lenses like forever, but I've seen a place recently where they sell Geo style lenses (my very first brand of lenses). I am thinking of trying them out next.

Overall~
EO doesn't disappoint when it comes to contact lenses. They fail big time on my last eye glasses but on lenses, they are a winner. I recommend them for the vast selection of contact lenses.  EO Flexwear Adore Soft contact Lenses in Super Black wins in the fashion and budget department.

Review: Executive Optical Illusions in Cyan

So its that time of the year again where I have to go and exchange my eye balls for new ones. Lol. That seemed pretty scary nae? Haha, actually I've bought myself a new set of lenses from Executive Optical, Illusions line: Cyan.

Flexwear Illusions II
Flexwear Illusions2 contact lenses are conventional colored contact lens with natural looking colors for dark eyes where the iris pattern is embedded in the lens to produce a sense of depth.

Flexwear Illusions2 lenses are daily wear lenses and designed for annual replacement. Flexwear Illusions2 are available in Light Brown, Baby Blue, Sandalwood (Brown), Cyan (green), Slate Gray, Sienna (Brown).

Lens Type: Twelve (12) months conventional colored lenses
Package Details: Two (2) colored lenses immersed in buffered saline solution
Material and % of content: 62.5% polymer (Tefilcon)
Water % of content : 38%

Executive Optical, Illusions line: Cyan.
I have been a long time fan of big doll eye lenses since college days. Now that I am working it seemed that I lean more on getting natural looking eyes. However I've still picked a not-so ordinary color mehehe. I just can't help it, like really as a kid I fascinate having blue or green eyes haha.

Lookie on how it looks inside the vial:

Behooold~ its close up of my eyes. *yay* See I'm monolid.
Look at the simple design of the lenses. Its nice because it looks grayish but kinda bluish. However its classified by EO as green! Haha

How much and where to buy?
I think I've bought this for around P590 in Executive Optical Buendia branch.

What I love
The color mix of blue, gray and green (the say its very cute!)
Comfortable
Affordable (oh it rhymes)

What I don't
I've tried the Adore Line (quite short at around 2 months or less because I accidentally damaged it) but I feel good with it even when I forget to use eye drop.

Will I repurchase?
Executive Optical Illusions in Cyan is a great choice for students who are prescribed to use lenses but if you have more budget go for their Adore Line.
